Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 May 2026 · Gosheet Jantri mobile application.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Gosheet Jantri (the “App”), which provides business calculation, record-keeping, and productivity features (including calendar-related planning). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who we are
The App is offered by the publisher identified on the Google Play listing. For support and legal notices related to these Terms, contact: gosheet.in@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must comply with Google Play’s terms and all applicable laws. You agree to use the App only for lawful business, educational, or personal productivity purposes. You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where expressly permitted by law;
- Interfere with the App’s security, servers, or other users’ use;
- Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content;
- Misrepresent calculation outputs as professional tax, legal, or financial advice without appropriate expertise and verification.
The App is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Figures and templates are tools to assist your own checks and workflows.
3. Intellectual property
The App, its name, branding, design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App as offered on Google Play, subject to these Terms. No licence is granted to our trademarks except as needed to identify the App.
4. User content
Data you enter (for example numbers, notes, or records) remains yours. You grant us only the rights necessary to operate the App (for example storing and processing your inputs to show results and sync, if such features exist). See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.
5. Subscriptions and payments
If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, charges and renewals are processed by Google Play under Google’s terms. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation are shown in the Play Store at the time of purchase.
6. Updates and changes
We may release updates to improve security, features, or compliance. We may modify these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where allowed by law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Calculation results depend on the data you enter; you are responsible for verifying outcomes for your business or compliance needs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) zero if the App was free, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction says otherwise.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law or platform policy.
10. Governing law
Unless a different mandatory law applies where you live, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated on the Play Store listing or otherwise communicated to users, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction may have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable consumer rights.
