Return & Refund Policy

Gosheet Jantri is digital business and productivity software. This policy explains how returns and refunds work when you obtain the App or in-app purchases through the Google Play Store.

1. Google Play handles purchases

When you install Gosheet Jantri or buy subscriptions or other digital items through Google Play, your payment relationship is primarily with Google. Refund eligibility, timing, and process are governed by Google Play’s refund policies unless otherwise required by law in your country.

2. Standard refund windows

For many app purchases, Google may offer an automatic refund if you request it within a short period after purchase and have not extensively used the paid item. For subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewals; refunds for past subscription periods usually follow Google’s rules and local consumer law.

3. How to request a refund

• Open the Google Play app → Menu → Subscriptions & purchases (or Payments & subscriptions) and follow the prompts for a refund, or use the Play refund request form where available.

Include your Google Play order ID (if available), app version, and a short description of the issue. We cannot guarantee refunds ourselves when Google is the merchant of record; we will assist in good faith within platform rules.

5. No “returns” of digital goods

Unlike physical products, software licences and digital content cannot be “returned” once delivered. Refunds are therefore handled through cancellation and refund mechanisms described by Google Play and applicable law—not by shipping goods back.

6. Faulty or misdescribed content

If the App does not materially match its description or has a serious defect, you may have rights under consumer law in your region in addition to Google’s policies. Contact us at the email above with details so we can investigate and, where appropriate, guide you on next steps.

7. Changes

We may update this Return & Refund Policy to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
